French Toast Muffins



INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cream Cheese

2 tbsp butter

3 tbsp Swerve

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 c almond flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together cream cheese, butter and sugar.  Mix until no lumps are present.  Add eggs and vanilla, mix thoroughly.  Add all dry ingredients.  Beat until smooth.

Divide batter between 6 muffin tins.

Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes.
