Keto baked Brie! 




This came out so good!!


Crust: 

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 cup almond flour


Slowly melt cheese in microwave. Stir in the almond flour.

Use hands to fully work in the almond flour. 


On parchment paper, roll out the dough like a pie crust.


Place wheel of Brie in the center.


Add whatever sugar free preserves desired.


Place in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.


Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
