Keto Cereal

Make a big batch of this granola and have an easy breakfast ready all week long. It even goes great sprinkled on top of our Keto Ice Cream.  Swap almonds and walnuts for pistachios, pecans, or pumpkin seeds. You can also add in some keto-friendly sweetener to  satisfy that sweet tooth. The granola can be kept at room temperature stored in an air-tight container, but it may never make it off the sheet pan!


  • Cereal, Fiber One (General Mills) 
  • Pecans - chopped 
  • Coconut - dried, shredded - unsweetened
  • Macadamia nuts (dry roasted with salt) - chopped
  • Almond Breeze (non-dairy beverage) unsweetened – 
  • Blue Diamond 
  • 36% Heavy Cream

(Notation: gluten-free if Fiber One is eliminated. Fiber One contains Aspartame)


1. Calculate amounts for each item. 

2. Chop nuts, then weigh. 

3. In a small bowl, mix together chopped nuts, coconut and Fiber One. 

4. Stir Almond Breeze beverage into cream. Pour some or all over cereal. Drink remaining cream.
