When your craving everything Bagels and you are on a low carb/keto diet!  What do you do? You make low carb/ keto friendly bagel!!!!






Keto BAGELS

Ingredients 

• 2 cups of Almond Flour 

• 1 TBSP Baking Powder 

• 3 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese

• 2 oz of cream cheese 

• 2 large eggs

• 3 TBSP of Everything Bagel seasoning 


*Preheat oven 400 degrees 

*Line your baking sheets with parchment paper. 

*In a large bowl, whisk your flour and baking powder together. 

*In a medium bowl, microwave your cream cheese and mozzarella together 30 second intervals. Stirring until nice and smooth. Took 3 times.

*Scrape the cheese mixture into the bowl with the flour. Add your eggs. Combine everything together. You will form a dough. Divide into 8 parts. Roll into small balls. Poke holes in the center with your finger to form a bagel shape. 

* Arrange on your baking sheet. Give each bagel a wash with eggs and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.

*Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

*Let cool for 10 minutes. Then serve.
