Keto Blueberry Pecan loaf

2 cups Almond flour

1/4 cup Coconut Flour

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt

6 tbsp softened butter

3/4 cup swerve sweetener

4 large eggs

1/4 cup Almond milk

1 cup frozen Blueberries

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pecans in a bowl and put to one side.

Beat butter and sweetener together in a medium bowl

Beat in eggs and Almond milk then add Blueberries.

Combine wet and dry ingredients together.

Line the bottom of loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the sides with Olive oil

Equally divide mixture and put in loaf pans

Bake on 350° for 50 minutes or until fully cooked
