Keto chocolate covered donuts
For the chocolate sauce
Heat up 1/2 c heavy whipping cream and pour over 4 oz of your favorite keto chocolate chips.
Whisk after sitting for a few minutes and then coat your food. It will thicken and be glossy after it sits for a while.
The donut
Blend together in a blender
4 oz softened cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c monkfruit
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
In a bowl whisk together
2 c almond flour
1/4 c coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix the wet in with the dry ingredients.
Pour into the donut mold and bake at 325 for 20-23 minutes
