Melt in your mouth Caesar Chicken 


-2lbs uncooked chicken breast, cubed 

- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided

- 1 cup Caesar dressing 

- 1/2 cup sour cream 

- fresh cracked pepper to taste   


1. Heat oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish. 

2. Add chicken to a large bowl and sprinkle in 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese and season with fresh cracked pepper. Mix to coat chicken. Place chicken in greased baking dish. 

3. Whisk together sour cream and caesar dressing in a small-bowl. Pour on the sour cream/caesar mix over chicken and then sprinkle the last 3/4 cup parmesan cheese on the top.

4. Put the chicken in the oven and bake at 375°F for 30minutes.

5. Turn the oven to broil and broil the chicken an extra 2-4minutes or till the chicken turns golden-brown. It may burn fast, so watch it carefully.

6. When completed, remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil and let chicken rest 5 min before serving. Serve with cauliflower rice and a veggie. Enjoy!
