Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffins

Muffin Ingredients

2 1/2 c almond flour

1 tsp baking SODA...yes

1/4 tsp pink salt

1/2 c granulated keto friendly sweetener, I used erythritol

3 large eggs beaten

1 c plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix.

In separate bowl mix eggs with mixer.  Add yogurt and vanilla. Combine.

Fold in dry ingredients and mix by hand.

Place muffin holders in muffin tin and spray them with oil spray or they will stick. Divide batter between 12 cupcake holders.

Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.


In bowl combine 1/2 c granulated sweetener of choice and 1 tsp cinammon.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter.

When cupcakes cool, dip in melted butter then roll top in sugar mixture.
