Keto Broccoli Salad 🥦
Ingredients
8 cups of blanched Broccoli
1/3 cup of chopped red onions
1/2 cup of chopped cooked bacon
1/2 cup of cranberries (optional)
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing
1 cup of Mayonnaise/Miracle Whip
3 TBSP of Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP of Sweetener (Monkfruit)
Salt and pepper to taste
Direction
💥Blanch broccoli for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and let cool off.
💥Once cooled off, combine in a large bowl broccoli, bacon, seeds, cranberries, onions, and cheese. Set aside.
💥In another bowl combine the Mayo, vinegar, sweetner, salt & pepper together. Add more seasoning as needed.
💥 Combine the dressing and broccoli salad together.
💥Cover and place in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hr before serving .
Easy peasy! Excellent side dish for my husbands ribs!😋
