Keto Shamrock Shake

So good that you would think you’re drinking the one from McDonald’s.

Makes 2 servings 


2/3 cup heavy whipping cream 

1 cup ice 

2 oz cream cheese (block only)

2-4 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 teaspoon mint extract 

A sprinkle of Xanthan gum (this will thicken your shake even more) so this is optional

Green food coloring, optional 

Whip cream for topping


In a blender combine, heavy cream, ice, cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute, vanilla extract, mint extract, food coloring, and a sprinkle of Xanthan gum (if desired).

Process until all is smooth, about 30-60 seconds.

Pour the shake into 2 cups or 1 larger cup.
