Keto/LowCarb Taco Casserole



9x13 baking dish 

375 for 30-45 min

Serves 8


2 pounds ground beef

8oz cream cheese

1 cup salsa 

1 1/2 TBS Taco seasoning 

4 Eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 bag Mexican cheese 


Brown beef and drain excess grease

Add cream cheese, salsa and taco seasoning. 


Spray Pyrex dish with spray. 

Spread meat mixture in dish


Blend ~eggs and heavy cream together and pour evenly over the top. Sprinkle 3/4 bag of cheese evenly over top and bake in oven. 


I topped mine with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream  sliced olives, guacamole and salsa.
