Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudgesicles
Ingredients
14 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
14 oz heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, unsweetened or any other low sugar PB
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder unsweetened
Instructions
Add unsweetened vanilla almond milk and heavy whipping cream to a blender. Add the powdered sweetener and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
Pour half of the mix into a separate bowl. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining half and blend until well-combined.
Pour the cocoa peanut butter mix into the bottom halves of the popsicle molds. Follow with the peanut butter half of the mix.
Add the popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
