Keto Crustless Pan Pizza - One pan dish!




2 cups Mozzarella, shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan

Toppings of choice (I used green bell pepper, mushrooms and olives)

Rao’s or other low sugar marinara sauce

Oregano and pepper for additional seasoning

Using a cast iron or oven safe pan, cook one lb of sausage (Italian or breakfast). Drain and add back to pan. Mix in one cup of shredded mozzarella and press into the pan. Add a layer of marinara. Then add the other cup of mozzarella and Parmesan, oregano and pepper, and toppings of choice. Bake in 400 oven for 20-30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve. I
