Keto Rolls

8oz cream cheese

3 c shredded low moisture mozzarella

4 eggs beaten

4 tbsp baking powder

1 1/3 c almond flour

1 tbsp butter melted

Melt cheeses in microwave and combine well.

In separate bowl combine dry ingredients.  Add cheese once melted and eggs.  Mix thoroughly until smooth.  

Refrigerate dough for 10 minutes.  Take out and roll into 24 balls.  Put back in fridge for 10 minutes. 

Pour melted butter in bottom of 10 inch cast iron skillet.  Arrange Balls in Skillet.  They will be touching.

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
