When I was overweight, my every day was affected by my weight... not just physically but mentally as well. I had days where I honestly thought there was no way out, no reason to try. I lived in leggings and tops I hated but would fit me. I stopped going anywhere but work and school. I was in my EARLY 20’s and had no energy. My hormones and PCOS were a mess. THAT GIRL WASNT ME! Anyone that knows me knows I’m SUPER competitive and always “extra” but I wasn’t channeling that power... that is a version of myself I will never meet again. 

Taking control of my health was THEE BEST thing I ever did for myself, and the second best was using my story to help others find their best selves too! πŸ’™

I’ve never stopped working on myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. I put in work in ALL aspects of my life, because I KNOW I deserve it. πŸ’―

This girl on the right is the best version of myself, and she’s only getting BETTER. I quit being afraid of being unapologetically ME. I quit doing things just to people please or be liked. I quit accepting less than my worth. I learned to fully embrace myself, and it’s the most freeing feeling in the world. I’ve learned to give myself the best and know that I deserve it.... nothing builds more self love and self trust than actually taking care of you!!! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ’―
